The One Desire

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that signature confirmation is required for certain rare and hard-to-replace items to help ensure they are safely delivered to the customer. If a package is lost or stolen, replacing these items may not be possible, so this extra precaution is intended to protect your purchase and ensure it reaches you securely.

While we understand that signature confirmation may be inconvenient, we believe it is a reasonable safety measure and is in place for the customer’s benefit. We are therefore disappointed that this resulted in a one-star review, particularly since it does not reflect the quality of the product or the customer service provided, but rather a shipping security measure intended to protect your order.

We always strive to provide our customers with a positive shopping experience, and we appreciate your understanding of the precautions we take to safeguard rare and valuable products.
