Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Perfume For All. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds. The following terms apply to any products purchased from us.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

1.1 Interpretation

Words with an initial capital letter have meanings defined below and apply equally in singular and plural form.

1.2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

•       Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to Perfume For All LLC. [Please confirm current business address before publishing.]

•       Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

•       Order means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

•       Service refers to the Website.

•       Website refers to Perfume For All, accessible from https://www.perfumeforall.com/

•       You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is acting.

2. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your Order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once an Order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at operations@perfumeforall.com with your order number and cancellation request. We will confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation.

ℹ️  If your order has already shipped, you may still return it once received, subject to our return conditions in Section 3.

 

If a cancellation is approved before shipment, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method as your original purchase. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

•       The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days

•       The Goods are in their original, sealed packaging

•       The Goods have not been used, opened, or damaged

•       You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

3.1 Non-Returnable Items

The following Goods cannot be returned under any circumstances:

•       Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized

•       Items that, by nature, deteriorate rapidly or are past their expiry date

•       Unsealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons

•       Items that have been inseparably mixed with other products after delivery

•       Used, damaged, or defective items (unless defective upon arrival — see Section 5)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

3.2 Sale Items

Only regular-priced Goods are eligible for a refund. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for a monetary refund, but may qualify for an exchange or store credit at our discretion. This exclusion may not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1.     Email us at operations@perfumeforall.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2.     Wait for return authorization from our team. Do not ship items back before receiving confirmation.

3.     Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in the authorization email.

4.     Send us the tracking number so we can monitor the return shipment.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for Goods lost or damaged during return transit, and we are unable to issue a refund without confirmed receipt of the returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned Goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of approval, using the same payment method as your original purchase. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

ℹ️  If you have not received a refund after 14 days, please first check your bank account or contact your card issuer, as processing times vary. If you still have not received it, please contact us at operations@perfumeforall.com.

 

5.1 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us at operations@perfumeforall.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

•       The item must be in its original, unused, and sealed condition

•       The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

•       The replacement item is subject to availability

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement or notify you of any issues.

7. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return once the item has been received and inspected.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
